This is somewhat accurate but for the fact that they didn’t mention LIGHTNING and THUNDER and HUGE GUSTS OF WIND that nearly knocked my tiny car off the road…

Hurricane force winds at RDU
Apparently RDU had wind gusts of 79mph. I’ve heard that some piper airplanes were flipped, but the only thing I officially saw was that WRAL was announcing 5 airplanes and part of the airport damaged and the tower evacuated.
