Diagnosis: torn MCL (Medial Crucis Ligament).
Treatment:  RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation)
Prescription:  Vioxx (anti-inflammatory.  Motrin x 10)
Prognosis:  Week (maybe more) on crutches.  Re-evaluation then.
Current Status:  Owie and chagrined.
