As a change of pace from all the weighty ponderings below (friends-only posts, so holler if you’d like to know what’s on my mind), I just realized how funny one of my misheard lyrics really is: as a child, I thought the Elton John song “Island Girl” was called “I Like Girls”, which, in Elton’s case, is clearly, well, wrong.
